Executive Producer and Director

Steve is an Executive Producer and a Director at The Storyteller Company.  Steve concurrently has a long-standing professional background in Law Enforcement and thus has a unique and sensitive understanding of this subject matter. Steve is also a professional photographer and an Automotive Enthusiast. He currently resides in Virginia with his wife.

Abdul Stone Jackson

Consulting Producer

Abdul is a multi-international award winning Writer, Editor, Director and Director of Photography. Abdul serves as a Consultant for The Storyteller Company working along side Executive Producer, Steve Gigantino.

Recently, Abdul’s talents as a Writer, Director and Editor won eleven festival awards internationally along with another ten Honorable Mentions and Finalist accolades for the TV Pilot Production of “Click Next To Continue”. Before starting “Click Next To Continue”, Abdul finished Directing & Editing his first pilot “Harvey Wallbanger” which won over thirty festival awards internationally. Abdul currently resides in New York City.

Karen Alter-Reid is a clinical psychologist based in Stamford, CT.  She specializes in working with adults presenting with the range of  traumatic stress syndromes,  Dr. Alter-Reid is an EMDR Trainer who trains mental health clinicians in trauma-focused psychotherapy.,  She has presented nationally and internationally on her work with First Responders in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook shooting and the Gulf Coast Hurricanes.  She also writes and presents on the transmission of trans-generational trauma.  Karen is the Co-Clinical Coordinator of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team since 2011 where she oversees presentations and treatment of first responders.

Bonnie Rumilly LCSW/EMT

Producer

Bonnie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has a private practice in Wilton. She specializes in the treatment of Adults, Adolescents, Children and First Responders. Bonnie worked in Newtown at a comprehensive family service agency for 4.5 years directly after the Sandy Hook School Shootings treating Trauma. Bonnie has had extensive training in EMDR therapy, along with other trauma treatment modalities, and is a Board Member of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, Inc. Bonnie is well versed in First Responder cultures as she has been a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician in CT for 21 years and is currently in a leadership role at her EMS agency.

Karen Solomon 

Producer

Karen is the creator of www.1sthelp.net and the author of Hearts Beneath the Badge and The Price They Pay as well as many articles about law enforcement suicide. Her focus is the stories of the families who have lost an officer to suicide and the officers who suffer with the feeling that they have nowhere to turn. Karen was a member of the 2018 Officer Safety and Wellness Group Meeting, the co-Chair of the Data and Research Committee of the National Consortium on Law Enforcement Suicide Prevention and is currently on the FBI task force to implement the Law Enforcement Suicide Data Collection Act. Karen is also the wife of a police officer.
